Daily workout (30/11/2022)

5 rounds of 3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 15 x alternate gorilla row

  • 10 x alternate hang power cleans

  • 5 x front rack squats

  • Rest 2 minutes

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
