Daily workout (30/12/2022)

Either complete 10 rounds or 20 minutes whichever comes first

  • 15 x mountain climbers (Left + Right = 1 rep)

  • 10 x push up shoulder taps

  • 5 x power cleans

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
