  • 2 x 30 feet forward shuttle runs

  • 2 x 30 feet lateral slide (Left)

  • 2 x 30 feet reverse shuttle runs

  • 2 x 30 feet lateral slide (Right)

  • 2 x squat clean & jerks / squat clean & push jerk

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
