  • Minute 1 : 15 - 20 (M) / 10 - 15 (F) x single arm overhead lunges (Left)

  • Minute 2 : 15 - 20 (M) / 10 - 15 (F) x single arm overhead lunges (Right)

  • Minute 3 : Max reps air squats

  • Minute 4 : REST

* Total reps of air squats as final score

* dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
