Daily workout (4/1/2023)

12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x alternating toe touches

  • 10 x bicycle kicks (Left + Right = 1 rep)

  • 15 x weighted Russian twist

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
