4 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : max reps power cleans

  • Minute 2 : max reps burpee box jumps / burpee box step ups

  • Minute 3 : (1) Plank , (2) Side plank (Left) , (3) Side plank (Right) , (4) Hollow body hold

  • Minute 4 : REST

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
