  • 8 x half kneeling single arm cleans (Left)

  • 5 x half kneeling shoulder to overhead (Left)

  • 10 x single leg forward lunges (Left)

  • 8 x half kneeling single arm cleans (Right)

  • 5 x half kneeling shoulder to overhead (Right)

  • 10 x single leg forward lunges (Right)

  • 25 x lateral hop overs

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
