Daily Workout

12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 30 jumping jacks

  • 9 x push up shoulder taps

  • 6 x thrusters

  • 3 x get ups

* For thrusters you can use any loaded object you desire such as dumbbells , kettlebells , barbell , backpack , water bottles etc to make the workout a bit more challenging .


* FOCUS ON QUALITY REPS INSTEAD OF QUANTITY.
