  • 8 x 25 meters shuttle runs

  • 8 x hang power cleans and press

  • 6 x 25 meters shuttle runs

  • 6 x hang power cleans and press

  • 4 x 25 meters shuttle runs

  • 4 x hang power cleans and press

  • 2 x 25 meters shuttle runs

  • 2 x hang power cleans and press

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
