3rounds of Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : 10 - 15 x burpees

  • Minute 2 : 15 - 20 x jumping squats

  • Minute 3 : 20 - 25 x Russian twist

  • Minute 4 : REST

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
