* you can exchange dumbbell / kettlebell to other loaded object of your choice such as backpack, water bottle etc ....
* if you can't perform regular skipping , go ahead and change it into jumping jacks using the same rep scheme.
* FOCUS ON QUALITY REPS INSTEAD OF QUANTITY.
