6 rounds for time

  • 5 x single arm dumbbell/ kettlebell hang power clean & press (Left side only)

  • 30 x single unders

  • 5 x single arm dumbbell/ kettlebell hang power clean & press (Right side only)

  • 30 x single unders

* you can exchange dumbbell / kettlebell to other loaded object of your choice such as backpack, water bottle etc ....


* if you can't perform regular skipping , go ahead and change it into jumping jacks using the same rep scheme.


* FOCUS ON QUALITY REPS INSTEAD OF QUANTITY.
