Daily workout (7/11/2023)

15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 15 x single arm front rack reverse lunges

  • 10 x alternate single arm ground to overhead

  • 5 x single arm front rack squats

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
