(CrossFit Open 25.1)

15 minutes as many rounds as possible

  • 3 x burpee lateral hop over

  • 3 x single arm hang clean and jerks

  • 10 x forward lunges

** Add 3 reps every round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
