12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 30 x bicycle kicks (Left + Right = 1 rep)

  • 30 x flutter kicks (Left + Right = 1 rep)

  • 30 x scissors kicks (Left + Right = 1 rep)
