Daily workout (8/8/2022)

15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 15 x plank pull throughs

  • 10 x hand released push ups

  • 5 x burpees tuck jumps

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
