Daily workout (9/10/2024)

4 rounds every minute on the minutes for 20 minutes (EMOM)

  • minute 1 : 5 x bar facing burpees

  • minute 2 : 10 x hang powercleans

  • minute 3 : 15 x lateral hop overs

  • minute 4 : REST

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
