Daily workout (9/12/2024)

Every 2 minutes for 10 rounds complete 2 sets of the following

  • 1 x single arm devil's press

  • 2 x alternating single arm power cleans

  • 3 x alternating single arm ground to overhead

  • 4 x alternating goblet curtsy squats

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
