Daily workout (9/5/2023)

15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x alternate single arm kettlebell swings

  • 15 x diamond sit ups

  • 20 x body weight cossack squats

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
