  1. single arm weighted straight leg sit ups (Left)

  2. single arm weighted straight leg sit ups (Right)

  3. Russian twist

  4. V sit hold

  5. Glute bridge floor press

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
