Daily Workout

20 minutes as many rounds as possible ( AMRAP )

  • 10 x hand release push ups

  • 10 x straight leg sit ups

  • 10 x cossack squats

  • 20 x hand release push ups

  • 20 x straight leg sit ups

  • 20 x cossack squats

  • 30 x hand release push ups

  • 30 x straight leg sit ups

  • 30 x cossack squats

  • 40 x hand release push ups

  • 40 x straight leg sit ups

  • 40 x cossack squats

  • 50 x hand release push ups

  • 50 x straight leg sit ups

  • 50 x cossack squats

* If you've completed the above sets before cut off time , go back up to the top & start over until time expires.

* Accumulate your total reps as your final score when the allocated time expires .
