(Part 1)


Descending reps of 10 to 1 for each movement

  • Single arm kettlebell swings ( Left hand only )

  • Burpees

(Part 2)


Ascending reps from 1 to 10 for each movement

  • Single arm kettlebell swings ( Right hand only )

  • Sit ups

* If you do not have the necessary equipment , substitute it with a backpack & place some books or water bottle inside to simulate the load .
