3 rounds of 4 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 4 x alternating squat snatch

  • 4 x sit up to stand

* REST 2 minutes every round

* Record score separately for each round


* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
