15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x American kettlebell swings

  • 10 x single arm single leg front rack reverse lunges (L)

  • 10 x single arm single leg front rack reverse lunges (R)

  • 30 x plank shoulder taps

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
