  • 40 x shoulder to overhead

  • 30 x fron squats

  • 20 x hang power cleans

  • 10 x thrusters

  • 20 x hang power cleans

  • 30 x front squats

  • 40 x shoulder to overhead

  • 50 x hang clean high pulls

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
