  • 15 x single arm suitcase deadlifts

  • 10 x 30 feet single arm farmer's carry

  • 10 x single arm power cleans

  • 10 x 30 feet single arm farmer's carry

  • 5 x single arm ground to overhead

  • 10 x 30 feet single arm farmer's carry

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
