4 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1: 20 x kneeling to stand

  • Minute 2 : 30 x alternating bent over row

  • Minute 3 : Max reps alternating standing toe touches

  • Minute 4 : REST

* accumulate the total reps of standing toe touches as final score

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
