  • 6 x single arm hang power cleans

  • 4 x single arm front rack squats

  • 2 x single arm strict press


(Right side)

  • 8 x single arm kettlebell swings

  • 6 x single arm hang power cleans

  • 4 x single arm front rack squats

  • 2 x single arm strict press

*Run 200 meters every round


* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
