Every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 15 minutes

  • Minute 1 : Max reps Russian twist

  • Minute 2 : Max reps bicycle kicks

  • Minute 3 : Max reps alternating toe touches

  • Minute 4 : Max reps V ups

  • Minute 5 : Plank

* accumulate reps as final score

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
