20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 30 x double unders / 50 x single unders

  • 20 x diamond sit ups

  • 10 x sumo deadlift high pulls

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
