For time

  • 10 x single arm front rack lunges (L)

  • 10 x single arm half kneeling shoulder press (L)

  • 10 x single arm front rack lunges (R)

  • 10 x single arm half kneeling shoulder press (R)

  • burpees

* Start from 10 reps for each movement until you reach 1 rep .

* Use water bottle , kettlebell , dumbbell or backpack for your equipment option.
