6 rounds Every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : (3 sets ) 1 x Deadlift , 2 x hang power cleans , 3 x push press

  • Minute 2 : 50 x bicycle kicks

  • Minute 3 : Max reps single unders

  • Minute 4 : REST

* Use double dumbbell , double kettlebell , Double water bottles , backpack as equipment option.

* Accumulate total reps of single unders as final score
