5 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : 20 x single arm kick stand row (Left)

  • Minute 2 : 20 x single arm kick stand row (Right)

  • Minute 3 : Max reps jumping squats

  • Minute 4 : REST

* record total reps of air squats at the end of WOD.

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
