4 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1: 5 x power cleans

  • 5 x front squats

  • 5 x shoulder to overhead

  • Minute 2 : max reps lateral hop overs

  • Minute 3 : max reps shoulder to overhead

  • Minute 4 ; REST

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
