3 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : 30 x lateral jumps

  • Minute 2 : 30 x overhead squats with PVC

  • Minute 3 : 30 x forward and backward jumps

  • Minute 4 : wall sit

  • Minute 5 : REST

* use PVC pipe , broom stick as equipment option.
