Daily workout (18/4/2023)

every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes perform the following:

  • 1 x single arm squat snatch / single arm overhead squat

  • 2 x single arm overhead alternating lunges

  • 3 x burpees

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
