  • Minute 1 : 15 - 20 x single leg toe touch (Left leg , Right hand)

  • Minute 2 : 15 - 20 x single leg toe touch (Right leg , Left hand)

  • Minute 3 : 15 - 20 x single leg curtsy squats (Left)

  • Minute 4 : 15 - 20 x single leg curtsy squats (Right)

  • Minute 5 : Max hold glute bridge

  • Minute 6 : REST

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
