7 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 6 x back squats

  • 4 x front rack lunges

  • 2 x thrusters


* use barbell , PVC pipe , 2 dumbbells , 2 kettlebells , 2 water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
