** ATHLETES CAN START WITH ANY MOVEMENT , ANY SEQUENCE BELOW OF YOUR CHOOSING WITH NO ALTERCATION TO THE REPETITONS ASSOCIATED TO THE MOVEMENT.

3 rounds for time

  • 50 x double unders / 125 x single unders

  • 30 x air squats

  • 20 x single arm shoulder to overhead

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
