4 rounds Every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : max reps push press

  • Minute 2 : Max reps hand release push ups

  • Minute 3: max reps hang squat cleans

  • minute 4 : max reps double unders / single unders

- Rest 3 minutes -

* Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
