  • 5 x single arm single leg hang power cleans plus reverse lunges plus overhead press (Right)

  • 30 x V ups

  • 50 x double unders / 130 x single unders / 50 x jumping jacks

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
