20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x alternate single arm single arm ground to overhead

  • 20 x plank pull through

  • 30 x air squats

  • 40 x bicycle kicks

  • 50 x single unders

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
