20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 1 x deadlift

  • 2 x alternating single leg standing toe touches

  • 3 x reversed burpees

  • 4 x V ups

  • 5 x diamond sit ups

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
