12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 8 x single arm front rack forward lunges (Left)

  • 8 x single arm ground to overhead (Left)

  • 8 x single arm front rack forward lunges (Right)

  • 8 x single arm ground to overhead (Right)

  • 8 x V ups

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
