  • Minute 1 : 20 x kickstand single arm Romanian Deadlifts (Left hand)

  • Minute 2 : 20 x kickstand single arm Romanian Deadlifts (Right hand)

  • Minute 3 : 30 x air squats

  • Minute 4 : REST

* Use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
