12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x 30 feet farmer's carry

  • 5 x hang squat cleans

  • 5 x alternating arm standing strict press

  • 30 x single unders

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
