22 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 50 x single unders

  • 40 x alternate single arm ground to overhead

  • 30 x sit ups

  • 20 x single arm suitcase weighted lunges

  • 10 x burpee box step ups

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
