  • 5 x body weight cossack squats

  • 5 x hand release push ups

  • - REST 1 MINUTE -


(part 3)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x hang squat cleans

  • alternating curtsy squats

  • 5 x burpees

  • - REST 1 MINUTE -

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
