12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 8 x American kettlebell swings

  • 12 x split stance single leg lunges (L)

  • 12 x split stance single leg lunges (R)

  • 30 x double unders / 75 x single unders

* use dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
