20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 3 x single arm hang squat cleans

  • 4x single power ground to overhead

  • 3 x single arm hang squat cleans

  • 4 x single power ground to overhead

  • 20 x double unders / 50 x single unders

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
