* Accumulate reps separately for each round

  1. Plank single arm row (Left)

  2. Plank single arm row (Right)

  3. Hand release push ups with shoulder taps

  4. Alternate lunges

  5. Wall sit

* dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
